When Waiting Won’t Work
Waiting to complete your asphalt or paving project could end up costing you more in the long run. Material prices directly impact the estimate you receive from Pave Tech Asphalt, and unfortunately, there is no way for us to predict if material prices may rise. The best way to safeguard your project from inflationary increases is to complete the project in a timely manner.
If you are interested in a parking lot replacement or other commercial asphalt project, keep in mind that cracks, uneven spots, and/or potholes in the current surface is a danger to customers and employees. Putting off completing your project runs the risk of personal injury or vehicle damage - both of which could be costly and have an impact on your business.
